On Saturday, October 28th, I had the pleasure of attending BlogJam Atlantic at the Delta Beausejour Hotel in Moncton, New Brunswick.

It was an enlightening and educational day filled with phenomenal talks from Canadian bloggers and business owners. In attendance were people who had been blogging for years, as well as some who have not yet started their blogging journey. We all walked away with a refreshed and inspired eagerness to follow our dreams.

There were plenty of opportunities to grab a snack throughout the day, and we were treated to a delicious buffet lunch.

Throughout the day, we heard speeches on a variety of topics, such as branding, being authentic, growing your blog/business, SEO, going viral, and much more.

The common theme throughout the day was that, every single person who gave a speech started with a dream, a thought, a plan, and turned those thoughts into a business. Whether it’s a blog, a shop, a label making company (Julie Cole from Mabel’s Labels gave an excellent keynote speech), or a magazine, we all have to power to make our dreams a reality.

Atlantic Canada is rich with creative minds and savvy entrepreneurs, and the spirt of collaboration over competition was alive at BlogJam Atlantic.

I can’t wait to see what BlogJam 2019 brings.
